Job Summary
Transportation Driver/CNA role providing resident care and transportation support within a senior-care facility. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as wardrobe, personal hygiene, mobility; escorting residents to dining, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders; processing telephone orders and procurement paperwork, observing changes in residents' condition, reporting findings, and assisting in developing procurement methods. Must hold an active Florida CNA license, pass an MVR check, be 18+, and complete state-approved CNA certification. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with match, and holiday/overtime pay.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Active/Clear FL c.n.a license
- Must pass a MVR check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification course
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
