Transportation Driver, CDL responsible for operating the vehicle for Hebrew SeniorLife’s 7-days-a-week, 19-hour-a-day employee shuttle and on-demand trips across the 160+ acre campus. Duties include assisting residents with mobility aids, boarding/exiting vehicles, ensuring passenger safety and adherence to traffic laws, recording mileage, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and providing high-quality, compassionate transportation services to residents, employees, and families. Requires excellent communication, safety, and customer-service skills, with the ability to work independently, handle emergencies calmly, and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.
