Transportation Driver responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments, outings, and activities using facility vehicles; assist residents in getting in and out of vehicles; document trip details and any care provided; stay punctual with daily transportation schedule; engage residents with friendly conversation; perform CNA duties as needed when not driving; maintain and ensure safety of vehicles and comply with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience as a patient transport van driver
- Experience operating a company vehicle
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
