Transportation Dispatcher

Job Summary
Dispatcher coordinates movements of vans and buses by communicating with Drivers via computers, phones, and two-way radios; assigns drivers to vehicles; ensures schedules are maintained; schedules drivers, tracks progress along routes, and records in/out times; communicates changes to drivers and clients; verifies eligibility and schedules agency services, handles client requests/complaints, and performs related duties. Requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and comfort using office equipment; must be able to sit for long periods. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Pre-Employment, Post-Accident, Random and Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screens
- National Background Check
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work independently
- Ability to work with computers and other office equipment
