Job Summary
Delivery Operations Supervisor leads the team to ensure timely and complete delivery of all orders, plans headcount to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals, collaborates with senior management on productivity and budget, participates in hiring and coaching of associates, uses operational reports to evaluate performance, enforces safety culture, and applies knowledge of transportation systems/technology to drive operational excellence in Staples Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of transportation experience
- Valid driver's license with safe driving history
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age
