TRANSPORTATION DATA COORDINATOR

Job Summary
Manages the Transportation Department's financial, payroll, and data reporting functions. Performs data entry and maintenance in BSIP and SVFMS (TD-18, TD-21 forms, POs, fuel, PM records), compiles payroll data and processes timesheets, tracks overtime, and coordinates with central payroll. Maintains financial records, budgets, invoices, and reimbursements; tracks labor and parts charges; maintains inventory and fuel records; prepares state and district regulatory reports (TD-19 and related documentation); supports audits and compliance. Serves as liaison between Transportation and Finance/Payroll; provides training on BSIP and financial procedures; ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting; works in an office environment with potential extended hours during payroll cycles, reporting periods, or audits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred
