Job Summary

Process transportation requests, authorizations, and bus pass fulfillments in accordance with state and organizational policies. Enter, update, and maintain transportation data in applicable systems while coordinating services with approved vendors and resolving routine issues. Monitor shared mailboxes and internal channels to respond to member inquiries, collaborate with care coordinators and call center staff, and escalate complex issues for resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and reference materials to support compliance requirements. This administrative, email-driven role supports the Provide-A-Ride program in a fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail. Candidates must work onsite three days per week in Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in transportation coordination, scheduling, logistics, healthcare operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience processing administrative requests in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience managing email correspondence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to interpret forms, procedures, and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data-entry accuracy.
  • This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week.
  • We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating transportation services or non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
  • Familiarity with transportation authorization processes and related program requirements.
