Job Summary
Provide transportation services during scheduled work hours, including coverage of designated medical transportation days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Safely operate community vehicles to deliver medical, recreational, and personal transportation while maintaining vehicle readiness through routine inspections and ensuring cleanliness and fuel levels. Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital management system to align schedules with community guidelines. Support the Entertainment & Programming team with logistics for scheduled outings and events, adhering to safety protocols and return schedules. During non-driving hours, offer community support including programming assistance and interdepartmental tasks. Maintain consistent productivity throughout full-time hours while assisting residents with mobility needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- valid state Driver's License (Class E in Missouri)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems while assisting residents with mobility needs
