Job Summary
Supervise daily driver activities and third-party providers while coordinating outside services for member appointments and consultations. Execute monthly driver training on safety, escorting, and accident avoidance. Evaluate vendor invoices and contracts, and manage vehicle maintenance per OEM schedules. Work in tandem with external caregivers to educate participants on services, activities, and schedule planning, and participate in Plan of Care development. Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while prioritizing member needs. Requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and two years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- supreme organizational and communication skills
- minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid Pennsylvania driver's license to operate a van or bus
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience transporting passengers with special mobility needs
- CPR/basic first aid certification
