Job Summary
Oversee construction inspection staff and verify contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Check delivered materials, review submittals and RFIs, and prepare daily progress reports and payment claims. Process change orders, maintain quantity records, and mentor less experienced personnel while ensuring adherence to contract documents. Local candidates preferred; sponsorship not available. Requires 10+ years of construction management experience, a PE license or NICET Level IV certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time role in Allentown with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education
- Can read, write, and clearly communicate in English
- Perform basic math computations associated with Heavy Highway construction projects
- 10+ Years of Construction Management/Inspection experience
- NICET Level IV in Transportation/Highway Construction or PE License in Pennsylvania
- NECEPT Bituminous field technician certification
- ACI/PennDOT Asphalt Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products & Adobe or BlueBeam
- PennDOT Concrete Certification
- OSHA 10-Hour certification
- Must be able to work in the United States to apply
