Job Summary
Transportation & Commute Program Coordinator to support onsite commute program for a global tech company at local Atlanta and Austin sites. Responsibilities include site management of day-to-day transportation operations, primary client contact with local site leadership, management of programs such as Vanpool, Transit, Carpool, and Commute Coaching, site strategy development for multimodal transportation, tracking and reporting on transportation metrics, employee outreach and commuter events, vendor and external partner coordination (Parking Operations, EV, Bike Operations, Rideshare, Facilities, transit agencies, TMOs), budget and contract management, and internal communications. Requires collaboration with Transportation Team across North America to deliver consistent employee commute programs. Skills/experience sought include transportation planning concepts and demand management, marketing/communications for multimodal transportation, data analysis, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Google Suite; degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years’ experience in transportation, urban planning, marketing, communications, outreach or facilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Data analysis skills, particularly using spreadsheets
- Project/program management experience
- Good understanding of local transportation stakeholders, issues and policies
- Experience with transportation planning concepts, transportation demand management techniques, and communications/marketing for multimodal transportation
- Proficiency with Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides), website management, and project management software beneficial but not required
