Job Summary
Transportation Commercial Quality Specialist at DePuy Synthes/JNJ will serve as the central QA liaison for transportation quality assurance activities across Europe, develop and deliver QA training, support change control from initiation to closure, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires independent management of complex QA issues, cross-functional collaboration with business partners, ability to interpret regulatory updates and relate them to quality and distribution practices, and providing technical expertise to support projects and pilot operations. The position emphasizes acting as the QA “Voice of Quality” on multiple high-impact projects, maintaining regulatory compliance focus, and delivering timely, accurate documentation and status updates. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with QA systems and documentation, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs or GCSEs including English and Mathematics or equivalent UK secondary education
- Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and current regulatory issues
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong prioritization, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external partners and interact with senior management to inform and drive changes
- Ability to manage high-impact/high-value projects and deliver QA inputs to project objectives
- Strong technical writing skills
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes, QA-related training development, change control documentation
