Job Summary
EMEA CQSS Specialist will support regional Commercial Quality and Safety Surveillance activities across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with quality system requirements, post-market surveillance, vigilance processes, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain patient safety and regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include managing post-market surveillance, quality system documentation, complaint handling, investigations, audits and regulatory inquiries support, cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Safety, and Operations, contributing to continuous improvement of CQSS processes and reporting, and maintaining CQSS metrics. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering/healthcare field, 2–4 years of relevant quality/compliance experience, knowledge of quality systems (ISO 13485), attention to detail, and English proficiency; travel up to 10% and preference for additional EU language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, healthcare, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of related experience in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related function within a regulated industry
- Working knowledge of quality systems and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 13485)
