Job Summary
Coordinate transportation for elders and schedule/assist with medical appointments; transport elders using a fleet vehicle, help with activities of daily living during appointments, follow elder’s Care Plan, and communicate issues to the nursing department. Maintain confidentiality and safety, use Microsoft Office for scheduling, prepare trip and incident reports, and ensure eligibility to obtain/hold PA Nursing Assistant Certifications and a PA CDL Driver's License.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain PA Nursing Assistant Certifications with no annotations
- Maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- Have the ability to obtain a PA CDL Driver's License
- Maintain a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
