Job Summary
Transportation Client Advisor responsible for revenue growth and business development by building a qualified pipeline, converting leads to revenue, and meeting quota. Leverages data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and AI-powered tools to prioritize opportunities, collaborates with service teams to deliver comprehensive proposals across multiple lines of business, and maintains deep client relationships through consultative sales. Utilizes CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach, track interactions, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Requires 3+ years in a client-facing or business development role; license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health preferred or obtainable upon hire. On-site presence required to support collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
