Transportation Clerk- 2nd shift

Maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs and trip reports, and track DOT requirements for the new Obetz, OH operation. Handle accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, billing, and database maintenance. Distribute route books, interface daily with drivers, and assist with driver coverage for vacation and overflow freight. Resolve driver equipment requests, close out returns from the private fleet, and involve the Safety team as required. Prioritize workload with flexibility to adjust based on position needs. Maintain confidentiality while performing various administrative duties and other projects assigned by the supervisor.
