Transportation Clerk - 1st Shift

Maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs and trip reports, and track DOT requirements while serving as a liaison for internal customer support. Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fuel reconciliation, billing, and database maintenance alongside return goods closeouts. Distribute route books, interface daily with drivers, assist with vacation and overflow freight coverage, and involve the Safety team as required. Prioritize workload with flexibility to adjust based on position needs while maintaining confidentiality. Perform various administrative duties and other projects assigned by the supervisor.
