Job Summary
Lead strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence for the transportation business, owning full P&L responsibility while driving revenue, backlog, and EBITDA growth. Execute strategic vision to expand market share through organic growth, service diversification, and strategic acquisitions, strengthening relationships with public-sector clients and leveraging the broader Trilon network. Build a high-performing organization by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent across three integrated entities, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Serve as the external face of the business with regulators, government officials, and industry leaders throughout New York and New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex, growth-oriented organizations with meaningful P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to grow businesses through strategic client development, operational excellence, and organizational leadership
- Experience leading both organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions, including post-merger integration
- Strong understanding of the New York and New Jersey transportation markets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Business, Transportation, or a related field
