Transportation Attendant/Medical Schedule - CNA License Required

Drive the facility vehicle to transport residents, staff, and volunteers to medical appointments and other desired destinations. Escort residents to and from appointments while providing minimal assistance with wheelchair transfers and assisting nursing and therapy personnel with vehicle transfers. Report pertinent resident care information and care needs requests to appropriate supervisors and staff. Review daily appointment schedules and remain available when indicated. Maintain a valid Iowa Driver's License, clean driving record, and pass a criminal background check. Hold a current/active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
