Transportation Analyst

Job Summary
Plan and execute domestic inbound and outbound schedules at all Distribution Centers to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goals. Utilize the TMS system to improve shipment trailer utilization, cost efficiency, and load optimization while managing relationships with the carrier network to meet key performance indicators. Facilitate load planning with transportation partners to provide forecasts, set delivery schedules, and ensure alignment between DC teams, hubs, and linehaul providers. Manage reverse logistics processes, including hub returns tracking and new store opening transportation, while maintaining strict SOP compliance. Collaborate with IT and third-party software providers to optimize the TMS solution and develop reports on all key metrics.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Background in using and optimizing TMS solution
- Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours or rotating weekends / holidays if necessary
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Staying informed on market changes that impact transportation network
- Adapts to change quickly and easily
- Performs effectively during times of change
- Ability to multi-task
