Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in Honolulu airport terminals, parking locations, and perimeter zones to identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations by documenting observations and reporting details to site contacts or public agencies. Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff while carrying out security procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and general direction during routine operations, special events, delays, and emergencies. Monitor access points and restricted areas to support authorized entry and report suspicious persons or vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
