Job Summary
Transportation Aide provides transportation services for individuals to medical appointments, assists with transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments, supports professionals during appointments, and performs clerical tasks in the nursing department. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration documentation, ensuring proper documentation in medical files, supervising individuals for medical/dental appointments, and providing safety-focused support to help clients reach and return from appointments. The role requires driving a vehicle, lifting to 50 lbs, and adhering to scheduled hours (Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM).
