Job Summary
Transportation Aide, Driver role delivering direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include transporting residents to doctors' appointments, activities, and social events; assisting with daily living tasks (personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation); providing companionship; assisting with light housekeeping and medication reminders; observing and reporting changes in residents' condition; conducting rounds to monitor hazards; assisting with dining and escorting residents to meals. Requires High School diploma or GED, 18+, Florida CNA license, valid driver's license, ability to read/communicate effectively, and ability to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays.
