Job Summary
Transportation Aide – CNA drives residents to medical appointments, therapy, and activities, ensuring safety and comfort, while also assisting with CNA duties when not transporting. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, and being at least 25 years old. DMV check and Employee Driver Proficiency program completion are required. Location: Denton, TX; work is in-person as a full-time hourly role.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record
- Is at least 25 years old (for insurance requirements)
- Has a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas
- Can pass the DMV check and qualify for company insurance
- Completes the Employee Driver Proficiency program
- Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail
- Is comfortable with both caregiving and safe vehicle operation
