Job Summary
Coordinate transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Maintain a professional image in both appearance and behavior while utilizing excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires an active, in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice, with prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
