Job Summary
Transport residents safely to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities; monitor safety and comfort during transport; observe and report changes in residents’ condition; assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique; monitor vitals when needed; support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas
- Able to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance
- Completion of Employee Driver Proficiency program
- Age 25 or older (insurance requirement)
