Job Summary
Transport residents to medical appointments and activities, ensuring safety and comfort throughout transport. Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly. Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate assistive devices and techniques. Monitor vitals when needed during transport. Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, being at least 25 years old, and a Texas Nursing Assistant certification; must pass DMV checks and qualify for company insurance, plus completion of the Employee Driver Proficiency program. Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail; comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation. (Full-time role; in-person location).
