Job Summary
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and scheduled activities; monitor safety and comfort during transport; observe and report changes in residents' condition; assist with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique; monitor vitals when needed during transport; support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents; requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification; must pass the DMV check and qualify for company insurance; participates in the Employee Driver Proficiency program; full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
