Job Summary
Transportation Agent provides customer service and directs, regulates, and prioritizes the movement of vehicular traffic around the facility (including Ring Road, parking areas, ramps, and loading docks). Works with private vehicles, taxicabs, bus service, livery service, and emergency vehicles; assists the Public Safety team during emergencies; greets visitors and escorts clients within the facility; may shuttle attendees from parking lots to events and drive shuttle services; requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive vehicles up to 14 passengers; flexible variable-hour schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per month. This role emphasizes safety, crowd management, and clear communication to ensure smooth operations during events at the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive vehicles up to 14 passengers
- Flexible schedule including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Experience assisting the public and monitoring traffic flow or transportation operations (as described in EXPERIENCE)
