Transportation Administrator

Coordinate centralized scheduling and transport management for Lear’s seating plants across Europe & Africa; manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery; act as main contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers; resolve shipment issues, maintain shipment records and invoices, analyze performance metrics, audit freight invoices, and identify improvements to control tower operations. Requires at least a bachelor degree, fluent English, MS Office proficiency (Excel & Outlook); no specific experience required, open to fresh graduates; must be able to work in two shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00); based at Lear’s Skopje Epicenter in North Macedonia.
