Transportation Administrator

Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service while maintaining accurate DOT records, driver logs, and vehicle inspection reports. Serve as the primary contact for drivers and dispatch, resolving delivery issues promptly and generating transportation performance and cost reports. Manage billing paperwork, fuel card tracking, and operational documentation while supporting safety programs and monitoring adherence to FMCSA and company standards. This role acts as a key liaison between drivers, dispatch, and management to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency within Ashley's Final Mile delivery network.
