Transport/Van Driver

Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings, assist with transportation of new admissions as needed, maintain transportation logs and mileage/trip records, track and submit transportation-related costs, coordinate weekly transportation schedules with Nursing staff, prepare necessary documentation/packets for resident appointments, ensure facility vehicles are clean, safe, and compliant with regulations, assist other departments as needed, support resident care tasks when appropriate, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, require a High School diploma or equivalent, valid PA driver's license with an excellent driving record, CPR and Basic First Aid certifications, and experience working with older adults or in healthcare preferred; strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
