Job Summary
Team Leader (Nights) oversees night shift transport teams and aircraft flight activity alignment, roster planning for day and night operations, and performance monitoring to meet KPI targets. Responsibilities include assigning teams and vehicles to flights, maintaining contact to manage movements, ensuring on-time service, conducting handovers, leading shift briefings, and resolving issues with strong communication and negotiation. The role requires supervisory experience, HGV CAT C licence with CPC, tachograph knowledge, and compliance with Daft and health/safety regulations. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role leading teams
- Valid clean HGV CAT C Driving Licence
- Digital Tachograph knowledge and possession of a digital tachograph card
- Driver CPC qualification essential
- Previous HGV experience desirable
- Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act
- CRC (Criminal Record Check) and 5 years of checkable referencing history
