Job Summary
Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. Coordinate with agencies delivering Permanency Services and connect families to resources that improve their lives. Participate in staff meetings and trainings while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. Work evenings at least one day per weekend and maintain flexibility and punctuality. Join a team dedicated to family strength and advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in child and family services
- Compassionate
- Eager-to-learn
- Passionate about helping families in times of crisis
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Flexibility
- Punctuality
- Commitment to advocacy for children and their families
- Evening availability for at least one day a week
- Ability to work at least one day per weekend
- Ability to work some evening hours
- Predictive Index assessment completion
