Job Summary
Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. Coordinate with agencies delivering Permanency Services and connect families to resources that improve their lives. Participate in staff meetings and trainings to maintain service standards. This role requires working at least one day per weekend and some evening hours. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of experience in child and family services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in child and family services
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Flexibility
- Punctuality
- Commitment to advocacy for children and their families
- Evening availability for at least one day a week
- Completion of a Predictive Index assessment
