Transport Services Associate

Transport inpatients and outpatients within the facility from initial start location to destination location. Deliver equipment, materials, and specimens to requesting departments, utilizing the pneumatic tube system. Serve as a hospital ambassador by providing information and direction to patients and visitors. Ensure transportation equipment remains clean and in good working order. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies. Possess strong oral and written communication skills and organizational abilities to manage working relationships across internal and external departments.
