Transport Porter

Transport Porter responsible for accurately sorting and distributing orders into transport and allocating them to correct van routes and areas. Duties include checking orders/totes against drop sheets, recording missing orders, ensuring correct pallet/route cage allocation, loading vehicles safely, securing loads, storing pallets and cages properly, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing additional tasks as required by management. Desirable experience includes warehouse work and Counterbalance forklift truck operation. Strong emphasis on flexibility, pace, communication, numeracy, and teamwork to support Alliance Healthcare operations in the UK.
