Job Summary
Transport Planner I for the Bergen op Zoom operation. Responsible for arranging and coordinating transport subcontractors, ensuring on-time pickups, and aligning planning with operational needs. Manage daily administration, transport costs, KPIs, reporting, and documentation. Serve as the central point of contact for transport matters, support and coordinate activities within the Bergen op Zoom campus, and schedule orders into optimal routing structures per Tendered suppliers. Detect and resolve planning irregularities; process transport document flows in coordination with site customs. Requires experience in transport planning/coordination, strong Excel and data tools skills, familiarity with SAP and TMS, and proficient English (Dutch a plus). Required Qualifications
- Experience in the transport sector, ideally in planning, coordination, or logistics operations.
- Strong skills in Excel, data handling and digital tools.
- Experience with SAP, TMS systems and transport documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is considered a strong benefit.
