Transport Planner

Develop and execute strategic plans for order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery of minimix concrete to construction sites across the United Kingdom. Efficiently manage transportation workflows by prioritising orders based on customer requirements, project deadlines, and fleet capacity. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers via telephone and email to provide updates on delivery schedules, resolve queries, and address issues. Utilise transport management software and other technology tools to streamline processes, optimise routes, and track delivery progress in real-time. Collaborate closely with drivers and other planners to coordinate logistics activities and ensure smooth operations. Operate from the Walsall Offices Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm.
