Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume transport operations roles, partnering with operations leads to define requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on hiring strategy. Drive proactive sourcing through Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral pipelines to build deep candidate pools. Screen candidates for operational competency and cultural fit, design structured interview processes, and negotiate offers while tracking pipeline health and funnel metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and is based in our San Francisco office, with onsite work five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hiring
- Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple open roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions
- Strong sourcing instincts
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting
- Highly organized with the ability to manage 10–15 open requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
- Self-starter who builds process where it's needed and cuts it where it isn't
