Develop and optimize school transport routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while minimizing travel time and fuel consumption. Supervise a team of drivers and transport supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, punctuality, and professional conduct. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, student attendance, and incident reports. Ensure full compliance with local transportation regulations, school policies, and safety standards. Collaborate with administration, parents, and stakeholders to address concerns and schedule changes. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for transport staff. Respond promptly to emergencies or disruptions to ensure student safety. Immediate joining required for this role in Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Education Administration, or a related field
- 5–10 years of proven experience in school transport operations
- strong track record in route planning and optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build trust with staff, parents, and school officials
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
