Transport Manager:in (w/m/d) Deutsch und Englisch

Plan and schedule land transport (round trips/charter), purchase and sell cargo space, and fully manage transport planning for European routes within your assigned area. Act as the primary contact for existing clients in your region while building and expanding your own customer network by acquiring new clients and strengthening partner relationships. Develop custom logistics solutions and manage specific customer projects. Requires fluent German and English (C1+ preferred), with 1–2 years of experience or relevant academic training. Salary exceeds the collective agreement at €2,300 gross monthly base plus variable performance bonus. Flexible hours and remote work options available.
