Job Summary
End-to-end transport coverage and logistics support at a client site, including ensuring timely vehicle departures, logging start times and kilometre readings, managing rostered staff, approving staff pickups, maintaining a 24/7 transport helpdesk with call logging, monitoring for speeding/incidents, and preparing daily/weekly/monthly transport reports. You’ll act as a go-between among teams, liaise with vendor supervisors, maintain important transport contact numbers, and prepare work orders with unique reference numbers. The role requires a graduate with 3–5 years of transport management experience in a BPO setting and a strong teamwork orientation. The position involves collaboration across teams at the client’s facility and contributing to improvement programs in transport management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any discipline with three to five years’ experience in transport management in a BPO setting
- aptitude in working with a team
- solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs
