Transport Executives - Command Center

Oversee day-to-day transportation activities including scheduling, route planning, vehicle dispatch, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery. Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, negotiate freight rates, and analyze expenses to drive cost control and fleet efficiency. Ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards by implementing driver protocols, conducting performance reviews, and investigating accidents to prevent recurrence. Supervise drivers, supervisors, and logistics coordinators while maintaining a culture of safety and responsibility. Operate on a rotational shift schedule of 6 days per week with 48 weekly hours in Bangalore.
