Job Summary
Delivers LPG (propane) in a safe and timely manner while operating a tractor-trailer tanker truck, performing safe loading and unloading using hoses weighing up to 100 pounds. Inspects vehicles for mechanical issues and preventative maintenance, replenishes fuel, and cleans the truck. Complies with DOT truck driving rules, maintains accurate travel logs via Electronic Log Device, and completes product Bills of Lading. Reports mechanical problems, traffic congestion, or incidents to the Transportation Manager. Provides courteous customer service and monitors vehicle operation while adhering to all federal, regional, and state safety regulations. Requires Class A CDL with HAZMAT, Air Brake, and Tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and TWIC card. Hourly rate is $29.00 - $33.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with HAZMAT, Air Brake and Tanker Endorsements
- Current TWIC card
- Must provide a medical certificate
- Must pass drug and alcohol test
- Must have clean driving record
- Must provide current MVR
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required
