Transport Driver - PRN

Transport patients and accompanying staff to office visits, hospital testing, out trips, and other activities as requested. Conduct pre-trip inspections of wheelchairs and kid carts, ensuring safety gear like head rests and car seats is appropriate. Prepare vehicles for clinic trips by fueling, warming up, and de-icing them, then safely load passengers using Car Seat Passenger Safety guidelines. Provide in-the-moment training on lockdown procedures and train new drivers on vehicle operation and safety protocols. Coordinate with Child Life and Recreational Therapy for community integration trips, while managing non-clinic tasks such as specimen drops and equipment transport. Perform monthly vehicle safety inspections, maintain logs with statistical reports, and schedule necessary maintenance. Spot clean vehicles weekly and fully clean monthly. Maintain fuel levels and provide receipts to Finance. Coordinate PRN drivers as needed and adhere to Ranken Jordan's mission and values.
