Job Summary
Load, transport, and deliver liquid materials via tractor-trailer combination from supplier to customer while adhering to federal, state, and local safety regulations. Accurately load and unload products throughout the state and surrounding areas, maintaining a professional reputation with customers, dispatchers, and shops. Possess a Commercial Class A license with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, or obtain them by hire date, and complete required drug, alcohol, and medical exams. Work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, earning hourly wages that convert to commission-based pay after training. New employees ride several weeks with experienced drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Class A driver's license with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements or ability to obtain endorsements by date of hire
- 2 years of commercial driving experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to read and write English language and perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
