Job Summary
Deliver fuel to customer destinations by driving a truck and tanker while maneuvering in heavy traffic, inclement weather, or tight loading areas. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections, perform basic preventive maintenance, and submit daily vehicle inspection reports. Maintain compliance records including driver logs, fuel purchase reports, and mileage data, ensuring all shipping documentation accompanies shipments. Report accidents, incidents, or delays involving equipment or delivery irregularities to the Supervisor immediately. Requires Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, one-year commercial driving experience, and current DOT physical.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

- clean DMV record
- one-year minimum experience as a commercial driver
- Ability to travel outside of the local area when responding to an emergency event
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondences
- Ability to complete simple calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to graph hours of service driving logs both manually and electronically
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
