Transport & Customs Coordinator, APAC

Job Summary
Coordinate import/export customs and transportation planning for APAC, including managing customs formalities, building and maintaining relationships with 3PL partners, monitoring transportation KPIs (routing, scheduling, on-time metrics, freight costs, and carbon footprint), and implementing cost-saving strategies to align with operational goals and customer needs. Requires cross-functional collaboration with operations and technology teams, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and a hybrid work model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) in Singapore. Education in Logistics or related field and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred, with English proficiency highlighting the role’s requirement for effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years experience in transportation coordination or related role
- Familiarity with transportation regulations, fleet management, and logistics software/tools
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English
