Job Summary
Coordinate contracted transport to ensure fleet availability, distribution efficiency, and maximum utilization while managing the transport database for license and inspection updates. Monitor both light and heavy vehicle fleets for OBC violations and camera malfunctions, generating daily reports for corrective action and trend analysis. Plan annual transporter seminars and quarterly KPI review meetings, prepare monthly STL rejection and fleet performance analyses for business reviews, and process invoices and debit credits in DMS. Assist in month-end SAP prebilling reports and finance period closure. This role involves full-time on-site monitoring at a leading Oil and Gas company in Nairobi.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, Science, Commerce
- Strong computer and statistics literacy
- Presentation and reporting skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operations & logistics
- High level of numeric and analytical skills
- Team player & leader
- Self-motivated
- High level of integrity
